What requirements do I need for downloading from Intellinoise?

If you have a computer, an internet connection and either a credit / debit card or paypal account then you can download purchased products from Intellinoise. Our system has been tried and tested on both PC's & Mac's including web browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari,, Netscape, Maxthon, Avant & Camino. Downloads are obviously faster on a broadband connection but downloads can still be made on dial up connections aswell. You also need Winrar do uncompress the files after downloading.

What requirements do I need for using Intellinoise products?

Samples are in "wav" format. It's the standard audio format from Microsoft and is usually usable on Mac systems too. Tutorials are provided in "pdf" files you can read with Acrobat Reader."avi" videos can be read with any standard video player. Templates files are made for Fruity Loops 7 or Cubase 4. You need to own those software in order to load the templates properly. If extra plugins are needed for a specific template, it will be indicated. Synths presets files are made for specific plugins or hardware synthetizer. Please refer to the manuals to load the presets. If you ordered any product from Intellinoise shop and have problem using it, you can contact us to get support. We don't give support for free download products.

I'm having problems downloading.

Please follow these simple steps for an error free downloading experience.

1. Your order has been made with a Gmail email address. Gmail is the only email client we are aware of that sometimes has problems with hyperlinked & html messages. If you have ordered with a gmail address and have not received you download order, please email us with an alternative address for the download links to be sent.

2. You have entered the correct details for your credit card or PayPal account. (including a valid email and billing address)

3. If there is no download link email in your Inbox please check your junk / bulk mail folder as it may have been automatically moved by your email client. If this is the case remember to add info@intellinoise.com to your safe list and address book , this will ensure the problem will then not happen again.

4. You may need to disable your firewall software or check your anti virus settings if the file is being blocked from download.

5. All downloads are time limited, we suggest downloading shortly after your purchase to ensure your purchase not being timed out.

6. If your internet connection is lost or broken during download do not worry, just go back to your download page and start the download again.

7. Once you have downloaded the zip file, the files will need to be extracted. If you do not have any zip software on your computer then please try Zip Genius for PC or YemuZip for Mac OSX. Both products are freeware.

N.B.: Intellinoise will not be held responsible for any problems arising from using either zip programs.

What am I actually purchasing?

When you purchase a Download Pack from Intellinoise, you are not obtaining ownership of the sounds, you are in fact purchasing a license to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially.

How can I use the sounds?

After purchasing an Intellinoise sample pack, you have the right to use it in any of your composition and get all the profit of it. The only thing you can't do is to resell the Intellinoise products.

Can I buy Intellinoise Download Packs anywhere other than direct from Intellinoise?

Our catalogue is exclusively produced for Intellinoise, we do not sell to outside distributors, third party shops or any other territories worldwide. By taking out the middle man we supply our products direct, keeping our prices low and affordable.

How can I pay?

At Intellinoise we are fully set up to receive credit card payments. By using PayPal as our payment engine instead of other merchant bankers we once again keep our product prices low and our security at the highest level. The new payment system we use in conjunction with PayPal means you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a transaction with us, payments are made instantly using your preferred credit card regardless of where you are based. PayPal customers can also pay direct through their log in accounts. We also accept cheques, and postal orders payments for Sample CD's. Currently we only accept these payments in UK pounds sterling. Please email us first if you would like to pay via one of these alternative options.

What are the delivery charges on my order?

All download packs come with free digital delivery.

How long is delivery time?

All download packs are instant digital delivery.

How safe & secure is my credit card information and personal information?

We use an integrated PayPal system for Intellinoise's payment section of the site which ensures that your information is always safe and secure. PayPal’s extremely high level of encryption and secure technology is one the best services available on the web & currently being used by over 100 million customers worldwide.

What about returns?

Due to sample piracy we do not refund download packs or sample cd's. We will always try to solve any problems you might encounter to make your shopping experience with Intellinoise as smooth as possible.

How often do you add new titles?

We will be adding new catalogue on a regular basis.

What different formats do you use on your Sample CD’s?

At the moment, we only provide samples in wav format, 24bit 44.1kHz.
